If you are looking for Oxleaze Barn wedding photography, you’ve come to the right place! As a creative person who captures fun, documentary Oxleaze Barn wedding photography and videography, I’ve captured many weddings at this amazing venue.
Beautiful Oxleaze Barn
Oxleaze Barn is a venue that oozes rustic elegance. This beautifully restored 18th-century barn retains its original charm with exposed beams, honey-colored stone, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Capturing Oxleaze Barn wedding photography is so much fun as the venue seamlessly blends the outdoors with the indoors. The main ceremony barn leads out to a beautifully symmetrical courtyard surrounded by greenery, featuring a firepit and a cosy covered area.

On your wedding day, I arrive a few hours before the ceremony to capture the excitement in one of the newly installed Dutch Barns on site. There is of course further accommodation at Oxleaze too. I’ll liaise as necessary with registrars and wedding coordinator to ensure your ceremony goes like clockwork and we can get started with the partying!
Here’s some perfect Oxleaze Barn wedding photography days to explore:
Oxleaze Barn Gardens
The secret garden at Oxleaze Barn is the perfect spot for couple portraits as well as the many beautiful lanes around the barn. They are so pretty they open yearly as part of the National Garden Scheme. Don’t be surprised if you are chased by chickens while walking around though but you’ll probably be too distracted by birdsong to notice.
My goal is to photograph the essense of your wedding day whilst also ensuring the feel of your countryside Oxleaze wedding is also captured.
There are so many things I’ve loved about Oxleaze Barn wedding photography over the years: time spent capturing couple portraits around the lake, Sarah and Jonny’s epic party (film below) and my favourite part – the removable fence panel that allows food trucks access to the courtyard!
Approach to Oxleaze Barn wedding photography
I specialize in capturing the authentic emotions and unique moments of your wedding. I’ll be around when you need me but at a distance for most of the day. My arrival time is usually 2-3 hours pre-ceremony and I’ll stay until the dancefloor is in full flow. If you’d like me to stay later, I’d be happy to!
You get the picture: You have fun and I get to take pictures of it!
”Not only did Marcus photograph our wedding in April but he also created the most amazing video of our day too. He was at our wedding early in the morning and stayed into the evening to capture some amazing sparkler shots! We felt so at ease during the portrait photos and soon forgot the camera was there.

His work captures so much happiness and tells the story of the day so beautifully. We would particularly recommend opting for a highlight film as it was put together so beautifully and had us in tears, it was so special being able to relive the day, especially as everything flew by so quickly!
We couldn’t happier with the photos and video, and could not recommend Marcus highly enough!”
Are you also looking for an Oxleaze Barn wedding videographer?
In addition to Oxleaze Barn wedding photography, I also offer film. This could be either a 5 minute highlight film or a 15 minute feature film. If you want to know more, head to the videography page to see some samples videos or grab a cuppa and watch the film below.
”I’m sure this isn’t the first time nor will it be the last that couples have been absolutely overjoyed with their photos/videos – however we really are absolutely over the moon with them.
Jonny & Sarah – Oxleaze Barn
Just like you advised we cracked open one of our wedding fizzes (I couldn’t enjoy it on the actual day to be honest because I was a bag of nerves), ordered pizza and watched it on slideshow…
Honestly one of the best evenings since the wedding and I really felt taken back to that day – which obviously made me feel extremely emotional!!
I cannot thank you enough for the quality of the photos as my parents are going to South Korea (they’re flying out today actually) with the wedding photos and I’m so excited and grateful that my extended family will also be able to enjoy them as much as we have.
Thank you again and if we are ever interested in having further professional photographs taken we know who to contact and will be recommending you to anyone who asks.”
If you like what you see and are ready to chat, send me a message and let’s book in a call. I’m happy to answer any questions you have and would love to hear about your plans for your wedding day.
